Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions Environment Must undergo and successfully pass a background investigation to obtain and maintain a Class A Gaming license issued by the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission.Must obtain and maintain T.I.P.S Certification.Must obtain and maintain a current Food Handlers Card and negative TB test.Must be able to effectively understand and convey written and verbal information to coworkers and guests basic mathematical skills are also required.Must possess a desire to exceed guest expectations.Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a bartender, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience within a food and beverage environment.High School Diploma or equivalent required.Performs additional duties as assigned.Oversees the bartenders to ensure proper guest service standards.Maintains an inventory of glassware, and promptly communicates any shortages to management.Monitors and maintains the cleanliness of the facility and confirms that all appropriate side work duties are being performed. ![]() ![]() Provides training to all bartenders on proper execution of drink recipes, including technique and speed in preparation of cocktails/ drinks.Actively develops new drink recipes for the dinner and club menu.Responsible for the inventory, ordering and stocking of all wine, liquor and beer.Produces kitchen made items including syrups, cut fruit, and house-made mixers.Responsible for setting up workstations within the Bar, and breaking down all stations at the end of their shift.Promotes and provides exemplary bar service to San Manuel guests, using proper serving techniques according to department policies and procedures. ![]()
